Welcome to the University of Kansas Official Mascot Website! Or as I like to call it, my nest! I am Big Jay, the biggest and baddest mascot in the NCAA. I am one of the most recognizable mascots in the nation. Most people think this is because our basketball team dominates the national scene. However, I think it is because I help to cheer on our teams with more enthusiasm than any other mascot out there. My friend, Baby Jay, is the cutest and friendliest mascot in the NCAA. Baby Jay is also known nationwide for pumping up crowds with those little wings and charming all of those who attend KU athletic events. While I intimidate and scare the opposing teams and their mascots, Baby Jay puts a smile on everyone's face in the crowd. What a combination!
